Product introduction
Sodium tartrate is clear, colorless prism or white crystalline powder. Sodium tartrate is odourless and salty. Sodium tartrate is slightly hygroscopic in air. Sodium tartrate is soluble in water, and the aqueous solution is left-handed, neutral, and the pH value of 5% water solution is 7 ~ 9. Sodium tartrate is insoluble in ethanol, ether. 120 ℃ when losing water of crystallization, and then heat decomposition. Burning gives off the smell of burning sugar, its residue (ash) is strong alkaline, acid produced foam.
