Product Overview

Application

This product can be used as a heat stabilizer for polyvinyl chloride and vinyl chloride copolymers. It has good long-term heat resistance and lubricity, and its stabilizing effect is larger than calcium stearate, but not as good as lead stearate. It has a good synergistic effect with cadmium soap, zinc soap or epoxy compound. The general dosage is from 0.1% to 2%. Use in combination with a small amount of lead stabilizer to improve the electrical properties of the article. This product is mainly used for transparent film, sheet, artificial leather, hard board and pipe. In soft products, it is often combined with cadmium, cadmium-zinc or cadmium-lead stabilizers. It is often used in combination with zinc soap in a refractory artificial leather formula. It is often combined with salt-based lead salts and lead soap in pipes and cable materials. In corrugated sheets, it is often combined with cadmium soap, lead soap and salt-based lead salts. This product is free of sulfide contamination. When the dosage is large, there is segregation and scaling. 

This product can also be used as a high temperature release agent and a high temperature lubricant for machinery, waterproofing agent and bearing lining.
