1. Used as food stabilizer, ao mixture, mildew inhibitor, buffer, deodorant, corrosion inhibitor; Calcium acetate is also a good calcium fortifier for food. It can be used in infant and infant food, the usage is 33.0 ~ 6.0g/kg (in terms of elemental calcium, the same as below). In cereal and its products, it is 1.6-3.2g /kg.
2. Used in the manufacture of acetone, acetic acid and polyester industry, and also used in the synthesis of acetate;
